Specializing in IT Security recruitment since 2004, Scott has collaborated with the globe’s most prominent organizations, assisting them in acquiring the finest IT security talent in the region. He has worked with most of the well known vendors and security consulting organisations and has helped them scale across the globe by headhunting the best talent in the market. Expert in attracting talent from overseas markets to expanding territories, Scott has deep connections with US and European talent pools. When not helping people find amazing careers, you will find him on a football pitch watching his twin boys.

Prior to joining Cyber Futures, Leila spent multiple years at ADECCO recruiting for senior positions in the Cybersecurity and Technology sectors. She holds a degree from Jordan University in Business, and spends her free time doing Yoga and playing Padel with her friends.
